The UK’s postal service is under threat – delays, cuts and rising prices are making it harder for businesses and communities to stay connected.
Royal Mail has requested a review of the Universal Service Obligation (USO) proposing to reduce letter deliveries to just alternate days. These changes could be detrimental to many people, and would leave communities, businesses, and the greeting card industry reliant on an unregulated and expensive first-class service.
